Which photos help with a mold repair enquiry?
Send me a close view of the marks and a wider view of the wall, ceiling or other affected surface.
Should I mention that the problem has returned?
Yes. Tell me when the marks first appeared, whether they have returned and any previous work or dampness you know about.
Can I ask about painting the same area?
Yes. I also offer painting. Tell me which surfaces you want painted when you send the photos. Active leaks need fixing before painting.
