I work on landlord maintenance and apartment turnarounds in Tel Aviv, from smaller repairs to painting and installations.
Regular rates
₪350 first hour / minimum visit
Then ₪300/hour, charged in ₪150 half-hours.
Start with the condition of the apartment
My work includes drywall, basic plumbing, concrete and grout repairs, interior and exterior painting, and installing shelves, TVs and cabinetry.
For a turnaround, send photos of the rooms and close-ups of each repair. For an occupied apartment, describe the problem and who can arrange access.
What to include in your message
A photo, a short description and your area are a useful place to start.
- Send a room-by-room list and photos of the work.
- Tell me the area and whether the apartment is occupied.
- Mention any move-out or move-in date and the access arrangements.
- Separate the immediate jobs from the ongoing maintenance you want to discuss.
A repair enquiry, with a clear scope
The minimum visit is a charging basis, not a fixed price for an apartment turnaround. Include your deadline in the enquiry; a requested date is not a confirmed booking. My focus here is repairs and maintenance.
